This convenient service is available for orders with a net rental value of €275.00 or more.

⟶ Delivery & Collection Fee
Depending on the location and travel distance, a one-time logistics fee of €65.00 to €195.00 applies for professional delivery and collection. Our standard delivery service is carried out by a trained driver and includes delivery to the accessible entrance area of your venue.

⟶ Full Service & Installation
Would you like everything ready to go upon arrival? We are happy to provide professional installation, setup, and a technical briefing. This ensures that all equipment is properly configured and ready for use from the start. Pricing for this service is tailored individually according to your requirements and staffing needs.

⟶ Punctuality
Delivery and collection are carried out reliably at the times agreed upon in the rental contract. Any changes or deviations require our written confirmation.

Please understand that our high-quality equipment is designed exclusively for use on land (locations, fincas, hotels). Due to the special climatic conditions at sea (salinity, humidity) and logistical safety considerations, we do not offer rentals for use on boats, ships, or yachts.
